Synopsis:
Director Gene Nelly demonstrates wonderful elegance and sophistication in this farce for adults starring Walter Matthau and Robert Morse, who play two husbands who only think about one thing.
Matthau plays Paul Manning, a ?typical suburban guy? Happily married, although he desires other women. But since he doesn't know where to start, he goes to his friend, Ed (Morse), to give him a few tricks to carry out his infidelity.
Happy to help, Ed offers some of the funniest advice and anecdotes imaginable, brought to life on screen by an A-list cast including Lucille Ball, Jack Benny, Hoey Bishop, Sid Caesar, Art Carney, Phil Silvers and Jayne Mansfield.
Despite the delicate nature of the subject it addresses, this mischievous and unbridled comedy is executed with so much charm and affection for its characters that it won critical acclaim and became one of the highest-grossing films of the year.
